01Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Techno Ved IT Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing the Shotlume Chrome extension, entering a license code, or using this website, you agree to them. If you use Shotlume on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business. If you don't agree, don't install or use Shotlume. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

02What Shotlume is

Shotlume is a Chrome extension that adds an AI "Director" panel to Google Flow. It helps you write a story, create characters, generate video clips in Flow, edit them and export a film. It runs in your browser and depends on services we do not control — Google Flow and the AI provider whose key you connect — so some features may change, stop working or cost more if those services change.

03Your license

When you buy or are issued a license code, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Shotlume under that code, for your own projects (personal or commercial), in browsers you control.

• A license code is for you or your own business and team. Don't publish it or share it with people outside it.
• You may remove a code from a browser and use it in another; each check is recorded against a random browser ID.
• A paid license is a one-time purchase and does not expire unless it is suspended or revoked under these terms, or we state a different term when you buy it.
• You do not own the software. You may not sell, rent, sub-license or transfer it or your license code.

04Free trials

We may offer a free trial, currently 1 day of full access, issued after a short registration. A trial is limited to one per person: we may refuse or end a trial if the same name, email address or mobile number is used again, or if the trial is abused. A trial has no obligation and no payment, and it ends automatically when its time runs out.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, decompile, reverse engineer or tamper with the extension, or try to bypass or fake license checks;
• share, resell or publicly post a license code, or use another person's code;
• use Shotlume to create or spread illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or content that breaks the rules of Google Flow, the AI provider you use, or the platform where you publish;
• use Shotlume to deceive people, for example to impersonate real people or produce misleading synthetic media without proper disclosure;
• send automated or abusive traffic to our license server.

06Your content and AI output

Your ideas, scripts, characters and the films you make stay yours and stay on your device; we do not receive them. Videos are generated by Google Flow and stories by the AI provider you choose, so you are responsible for checking the output, for having the rights to what you put in, and for how you use and publish what comes out. AI output can be wrong, unexpected or similar to other output. Their terms, and the law where you publish, apply to that content, not ours.

07Fees and payment

The price of a license is shown on our website at the time you buy it, in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise, and is paid once. Prices may change; a change does not affect licenses already bought. Taxes may be added where required. Payment is taken by the method shown at checkout or agreed with us directly. Fees paid to others — Google Flow credits and the usage charges of your AI provider — are separate, are not included in the license price, and are not refundable by us. Refunds for license purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

08Suspension and revocation

We may suspend or revoke a license, with or without notice, if:

• you break these terms, including sharing the code or tampering with license checks;
• a payment is reversed, disputed or not completed;
• we are required to by law, or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

A suspended or revoked license stops working at the next license check. Where a license is revoked for breach of these terms, no refund is due.

09Third-party services

Shotlume works with Google Flow and with AI services from Google, Anthropic and OpenAI. We have no control over them and they may change or end their services, pricing or rules at any time. Shotlume is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Google or any of those companies. Product names belong to their owners. You must follow their terms when you use them through Shotlume.

10Ownership

Shotlume, its code, design, name and logo belong to Techno Ved IT Solutions and are protected by law. These terms give you a right to use Shotlume, not any ownership of it. Open-source components included in the extension remain under their own licenses.

11No warranty

Shotlume is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will keep working with Google Flow as Flow changes, or that generated films will meet your expectations. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss caused by Google Flow, an AI provider, or content you generate or publish. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Shotlume is limited to the amount you paid us for your license in the 12 months before the claim.

13Termination

You may stop using Shotlume at any time by removing the extension and, if you wish, asking us to delete your license record. We may end your access under the "Suspension and revocation" section. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, liability and governing law, continue after termination.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continuing to use Shotlume after a change means you accept the updated terms.
