02Quick fixes

• The Shotlume button is missing in Google Flow. Refresh the Flow tab (Ctrl+R). If you just installed or reloaded the extension, a refresh is needed once. Make sure the extension is switched on at chrome://extensions.
• "Shotlume was updated — refresh this Flow tab". The extension was reloaded while Flow was open. Refresh the page.
• Flow does nothing when shooting starts. Keep the Flow tab in front and don't click inside it while a shoot is running. Make sure Flow's prompt box is on screen and the "Agent" chip next to it is off.
• "Not enough credits". That message comes from Google Flow: your Flow account is out of video credits. Shotlume's credit figures are only an estimate until Flow shows its real price.
• The story won't write. Open Settings and check that you added an API key for Gemini, Claude or OpenAI and that the key is valid and has billing or quota available.
• The joined film is missing or stutters. Download the clips first, then join them in the Export step. Use a recent version of Chrome.

• A screenshot of the Shotlume panel and, if you can, of Flow
• The Shotlume version (shown in Settings, under About) and your Chrome version
• Your license code or the email you registered with — never your AI API keys or passwords

04Licenses and trials

• Free trial: in the extension's license screen click "Register for a free 1-day trial", fill in the short form, and paste the code that appears.
• "License code not found": check for typos and extra spaces. Codes look like SHL-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
• License expired or suspended: write to us with your code and we will look into it.
